We've been hearing good reports from Leiva's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Well Li has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A determined Naoya Li didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!

Leiva doesn't manage to clinch there - Nakamura circles away.
Nakamura keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Leiva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nakamura's waist but Nakamura gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Leiva off to one side.
Rinya Nakamura has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Samuel Leiva.
Leiva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Nakamura swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nakamura throws a right and a left that Leiva avoids nicely.
