Visagie tries to move into range but Should Of Saved moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Should Of Saved works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Visagie keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've been informed that Visagie has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Visagie has a takedown stuffed. Denver tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Nice sprawl there from Denver as Visagie shoots in. Visagie looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.#CL2# Denver moves into the clinch.#TD2# Denver gets a trip takedown into half guard. Denver trying to mount his opponent but Visagie defends it. Denver is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Visagie tries to get to full guard but Denver has control of the leg. Visagie has hold of Denver's hands but Denver slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.#T1# Visagie taking some punishment here, with Denver in his half guard. Sanchez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Visagie swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sanchez is looking to clinch but Visagie is avoiding it.
Sanchez misses with a takedown attempt #CL2# and Visagie holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Elliott Sanchez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
