Cartagena has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Strijk is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Strijk stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cartagena swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Strijk is fighting to break Cartagena's control of his arms but Cartagena is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Cartagena turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Cartagena manages to end up in side control.
Strijk is looking to regain half guard here but Cartagena keeps moving and retains side control.

Arysth Strijk spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant. |
