#R1##TD# Rice looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Rice uses his free foot to push down on Giles's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Giles. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Giles is in a horrible position here. Rice smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Rice breaks from Giles's wrist control and lands an elbow. Rice lands a nice shot to the head. #ROC#Giles is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Giles is in all sorts of trouble here.
Giles is still in real trouble! Can Rice finish him? Giles regains half guard. Giles seems to have recovered his senses. Rice working over Giles with some ground and pound. Giles looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Rice passes the guard and advances to mount! Rice has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#SUB# Rice looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Giles looks winded!#T1# Rice unloading with bombs! Rice definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. A big strike lands for Rice! That's really hurt Giles and he's turned his back - Rice keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Rice jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

#R1##TD# Reynolds throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rice was covering up waiting for the punch and Reynolds finishes the takedown easily into guard. Reynolds sitting in guard here, content to control. Reynolds preventing the sweep. Reynolds stays in close to Rice's body and controls the position. #SUB2# Rice looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Reynolds passes into half guard.
Reynolds knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rice on the ground. Reynolds trying to control the pace. Rice looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rice works his way to full guard. Good work. Reynolds keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Rice's head.#SUB2# Reynolds avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Reynolds trying to control but Rice is working from the bottom. #T1# Rice wants to sweep here but Reynolds controlling him for the moment. Reynolds trying to control the position from guard on top but Rice is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. #SUB2# Rice has his foot on Reynolds's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Reynolds works his way back into a safe position though. Reynolds passes easily into side control. Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rice tries to buck Reynolds off but Reynolds is having none of it. Rice regains half guard. Reynolds will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Rice is looking to improve his position.

Reynolds takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.#T2# The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Rice works his way to full guard. Good work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rice bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Reynolds's guard. #REVB# Rice tries to free his leg and advance position but Reynolds is retaining full guard. Rice is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. #SUB# Reynolds is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Rice wants to pass the guard but Reynolds is keeping the position. Rice advances position into side control! Reynolds takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Rice is chipping away with strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.#SUB2# Rice looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Reynolds is breathing heavily. Rice moves into full mount! #T3# Rice scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Reynolds?
#ROC2#Reynolds is rocked! Rice lands a big elbow - Reynolds is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Reynolds is forced to tap out!

#R1# Rice misses with a lunging right hand
and Chub counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Rice thinking. Rice has his takedown stuffed and Chub counters with a straight right hand.#CUT2#It looks like Xavier Rice has been cut. Chub fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Rice fails with a takedown attempt. Rice has his takedown stuffed#KD2# and Chub counters with a crisp right hand that drops Rice! Chub lets Rice back up to his feet, looking for a finish! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xavier Rice. That's going to take a lot out of him. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rice tries to get into range but Chub steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Rice! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Chub scores the big KO victory!
