#R1# Lamotta tries to clinch up but T Bone circles away and keeps his distance. T Bone dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Lamotta has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Lamotta there as he acknowledges the shot. Lamotta dives in for a single leg takedown but T Bone sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Lamotta tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

We've been hearing reports that Lamotta has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Lamotta throws an ugly left hook that misses
enabling T Bone to counter with a crisp jab. T Bone's coach down at Steel Penn Training Den was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on T Bone's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lamotta misses with a leg kick and T Bone counters with a lovely straight right hand!#CUT2#It looks like Jon Lamotta has been cut. Pesonen lands a nice shot to the body.

That sent Lamotta stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.#CL2# The fight moves into the clinch position. Lamotta is looking to score with low kicks. The fighters circling - Lamotta throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Lamotta scores with a three punch combo!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tate accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Lamotta gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jon Lamotta.
