#R1# Allen tries to clinch but Ram moves out of range. Ram seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Allen moves in looking to clinch but Ram pushes him off. Ram went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Allen throws a half hearted mid kick. Allen misses with a takedown attempt - Ram sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A little feinted left hand from Ram on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Ram ducks under a wild hook from Allen. An attempted straight right counter from Ram misses the target.#CL2# Ram tries to keep at a distance but Allen has taken the fight into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Allen fails to pull guard.

Ram smells blood - he's punishing Allen with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Allen has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

#R1# Allen is trying hard to land a takedown here. Armstrong sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Armstrong displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Allen. Allen looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Milk Armstrong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hayden Allen. Armstrong tries for a takedown but Allen sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Armstrong sets himself, and Allen steps forward looking for the clinch! Armstrong avoids it this time.#CL# Armstrong clinches. Allen is trying to drag Armstrong to the mat but Armstrong just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Allen has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Armstrong after a bit of a struggle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#BC2# Allen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. #TD2# Allen looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Armstrong has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Allen off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. #T1# Allen throws a right and a left that both miss.
