Kutvonen looks to score with a jab to the body but Piskor is just out of range. Kutvonen thuds a left hand into Piskor's body. Piskor shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Piskor takes a shot right to the bread basket. A decent looking cross lands there for Kutvonen. Kutvonen moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. A jab from Kutvonen does it's job there. Kutvonen's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Kutvonen duly obliges. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Kutvonen has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Kutvonen slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Kutvonen connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. We've been hearing reports that Bender has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Bender keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Kossu Kutvonen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
