Johnson wants to stand but Daerji is controlling his posture from full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Daerji looking to hit a scissor sweep but Johnson is one step ahead there. #T1# Daerji keeping moving, preventing Johnson from controlling successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Johnson is stalling in the full guard. Johnson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Daerji swivels though and keeps the full guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Daerji misses with a takedown attempt and Johnson counters with a big right hand! Oh Daerji is in trouble here! Johnson follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

#R1# Nice sprawl there from Johnson as Schooba shoots in. Donk. Johnson catches Schooba right on the button with a cross.#CUT2#It looks like Milel Schooba has been cut. Schooba shoots in looking for a takedown but Johnson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Schooba's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Johnson lands a brutal head kick. Schooba looks out on his feet and Johnson throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Rahim Johnson! In his post fight interview, Rahim Johnson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception. |

#CUT#It looks like Fabrice Trausch has been cut. Rahim Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Trausch misses with a left hand and Johnson counters with a nice body kick.
Johnson ducks under a wild hook from Trausch. Trausch misses with a looping right. A big right from Trausch misses. Trausch jabs Johnson to the body, keeping him at a distance. Trausch swings for the body but Johnson moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Trausch. Johnson does a little dance to reset his feet. Johnson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Trausch. Johnson went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.#KD# Johnson lands a big head kick that sends Trausch tumbling to the mat! Johnson takes a step backwards and waves Trausch back to his feet - he wants the finish!#ROC#Trausch is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Johnson looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Johnson backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Trausch's temple! It sends Trausch violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Johnson celebrates and the doctors try to help Trausch!

Johnson lands a jab to the nose. Johnson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A slapping body kick lands there for Man. Johnson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Johnson throws out a powerful jab.#TD2# Man drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Man controls the position. It looks like Man might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Man on the ground.#T1# Man sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Johnson is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Man moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Johnson managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Man.
Man controls the position.#SUB2# Man has hold of Johnson's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Johnson seems comfortable defending it but Man has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Johnson is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Johnson is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Man couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Dyavol sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Johnson's guard. Dyavol not doing much here.
Johnson has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dyavol working the head and body with strikes. Dyavol is nestled in close to Johnson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Dyavol performing his best blanket impression for a moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dyavol passes to full mount! Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dyavol on the ground. Dyavol content just to control the position here. #T1# The referee warns Johnson that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Dyavol manages to capitalize on a mistake by Johnson to take his back! Dyavol is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Johnson up.
Our spies down at at Convicted Fight Club inform us that Dyavol has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Johnson's coach down at KO MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Johnson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Mug Crusher moves away from the strike by Johnson. Johnson throws a big shot that misses. Johnson looks to score with a jab to the body but Mug Crusher is just out of range. Mug Crusher is looking to slow Johnson down with leg kicks. Johnson moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Mug Crusher takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Johnson throws a looping overhand right but Moon ducks down to avoid it. Moon appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Wolfric Moon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A lazy left from Moon finds it's target. Moon throws a nice looking combination but Johnson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Johnson misses with an uppercut. #CL# Moon gets a clinch. A head punch on the inside from Moon fails to land. Moon throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
