Chase looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Toledo!
Chase slows the pace down.
Chase working away.
Toledo gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Toledo is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Chase looking to control but Toledo is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Toledo can't escape the position.
Chase scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Toledo?

Chase has hold of Toledo's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Toledo manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The referee warns Toledo that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Toledo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chase on the ground.

Toledo is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Chase locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Toledo is forced to tap!

Victory tries to close the distance and clinch but Chase swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Chase drops his shoulder and cracks Victory with a huge uppercut! Victory goes down! Can Chase finish him?

Chase arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Victory's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
