That's going to take a lot out of Shamil Akhmedovich. San fails with a takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Let's see if Akhmedovich can do anything to dispel that myth. Akhmedovich is positioning himself to get back to half guard. #SUB# San wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Akhmedovich, who protects the arm well. #SUB# San looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. San in side control lands a decent elbow. San lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Akhmedovich down.
