Ross throws a head kick that misses. Donk. Ross catches Rizzveira right on the button with a cross.#CUT#It looks like Baro Rizzveira has been cut. Ross tries to bum rush Rizzveira with a series of wild strikes but Rizzveira uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Rizzveira tries to counter by closing the distance. We've been hearing reports that Ross has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.#CL# Ross clinches up with Rizzveira and pushes him back against the cage. Ross avoiding damage as Rizzveira throws knees to the body.

#R1# Kawasaki throws a body punch but Rizzveira moves out of range. Kawasaki scores with a jab to the body. Kawasaki misses with an attempted mid kick.
Rizzveira tries to counter with a clinch but Kawasaki shakes him off and moves away. Some bone on bone action there as Kawasaki checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Kawasaki connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Rizzveira's hands. Kawasaki lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Kawasaki wants to land a leg kick but Rizzveira is out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Kawasaki. Rizzveira does a little dance to reset his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rizzveira has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Kawasaki. Kawasaki throws a quick inside leg kick. Rizzveira misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kawasaki.

#KD2# Draxinger lands a big head kick that sends Rizzveira tumbling to the mat! Draxinger takes a step backwards and waves Rizzveira back to his feet - he wants the finish!#ROC2#Rizzveira is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Draxinger feints a jab and as Rizzveira dips his head, Draxinger unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Rizzveira right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Rizzveira falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Draxinger smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

#R1##TD2# Rizzveira gets caught flat footed, as Mason shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Mason tries to free his leg and advance position but Rizzveira is retaining full guard. Mason is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Rizzveira can't keep his opponent in guard - Mason advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Mason thows a huge punch but Rizzveira dodges it nicely.
Mason wants to stand but Rizzveira has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mason seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Mason thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T1# Rizzveira keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Rizzveira is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Mason is controlling the pace.
#T2# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.#SUB2# Mason is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rizzveira is just riding it out for now. Mason eventually gives up the hold. My spies in Rising Sun Training inform me that Mason has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Mason is taking a breather. Rizzveira says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.#REF3# The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. The fight stays on the outside here - Mason looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Rizzveira was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Left hook, right uppercut from Rizzveira. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#CL2# Mason clinches up with Rizzveira and pushes him back against the cage. Rizzveira using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Mason has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Oliveira works his way back into a safe position though. Rizzveira looking for a sweep. Not yet Rizzveira, not yet. Rizzveira trying to control the position.

Rizzveira drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Rizzveira has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Daicse finds it's way round the side to connect with Rizzveira's head. #CUT#It looks like Baro Rizzveira has been cut. Nice defenses there by Rizzveira. Rizzveira tries to land a front kick but Daicse steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Rizzveira blocks a jab. Rizzveira changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Daicse throws a right and a left that Rizzveira avoids nicely. Daicse misses with a straight right. Rizzveira doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Rizzveira misses with a wild body shot. Daicse definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Daicse looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Daicse digs a good body shot into Rizzveira's ribs. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Daicse tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rizzveira was well out of range. Cooke is trying to control the position but Rizzveira postures up. #SUB2# Rizzveira thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
