Grosjean closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Marsh did well to prevent Grosjean getting side control.
Marsh is trying to escape back to his feet but Grosjean uses the scramble to pass into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on Marsh's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Grosjean anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Marsh and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Grosjean slips an arm under Marsh chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Grosjean has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Grosjean is squeezing on Marsh like an anaconda would it's prey. Marsh fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
