#R1# Kia on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Benjamin. Benjamin obviously looking to wear him down.
Kia misses with a body shot.
Kia gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kia throws a body kick that misses and Benjamin counters with a two punch combo. Kia throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Benjamin counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Benjamin on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kia. Kia obviously looking to wear him down.
Kia lands a nice leg kick that just misses Benjamin's sensitive parts. Kia takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Kia rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Benjamin counters with an outside leg kick.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Benjamin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Benjamin throws a leg kick which misses Kia's front leg but catches the back leg as Kia tries to avoid it. #T1# Benjamin shoots in but no luck this time. Benjamin throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Kia counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kia throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Benjamin. Benjamin misses with a wild body shot. Kia tries a quick counter leg kick but Benjamin is wise to it. That kick from Benjamin tenderised Kia's leg. Kia is trying to keep his angry face on. Kia connects with a leg kick. Benjamin moves out of range of the body kick. Kia lands with a shot to the body. Kia tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Benjamin paws at him with a jab and circles away. Kia fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Benjamin manages to avoid it.#T2# Benjamin throws a series of punches but Kia avoids them all with ease. Benjamin lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kia's sensitive parts. Benjamin throws a shot to the body.
#CL2# Benjamin gets tackled into the cage by Kia. Kia maintains the clinch. Benjamin wants to break the clinch but can't.
Kia lands a good knee to the midsection. Benjamin won't want to take too many of those. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The referee calls for Kia to work.
Kia is pressed up against the cage. Benjamin has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Kia down to the mat. Kia avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. A slapping leg kick lands for Kia.
Kia fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Benjamin on the side of the head.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Curtis Benjamin. I think Benjamin has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#R1# Gianni delivers a nice body kick. Benjamin tries to clinch but Gianni is having none of it. Gianni darts in looking for a takedown but Benjamin gets double underhooks and turns Gianni into the cage. Benjamin lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. #CL2# Gianni gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Benjamin looking for a takedown. #TD2# Gianni decides to pull guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gianni is on top in guard.
#REVB# Gianni sitting in guard, not really doing much. Gianni keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Benjamin's head. Gianni is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. #T1##SUB# Benjamin has an active guard here but Gianni has managed to pass into half guard.
Still in half guard, Gianni seems content to control. Benjamin is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Gianni landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Gianni content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Benjamin won't allow Gianni to pass to mount. #T2# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Benjamin blocking the ground and pound attempt from Gianni. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gianni passes the guard and advances to mount! Gianni controlling the pace for now. Benjamin is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gianni is landing with some decent strikes but Benjamin is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Gianni controlling the position easily from mount. Curtis Benjamin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jude Gianni is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. It looks like Gianni might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
And that's the end of the fight! Jude Gianni comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Gianni has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
