#R1# Ripley closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Sanchez pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Sanchez takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Ripley avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Ripley throws a right hand that Sanchez ducks under and follows up with a left that Sanchez also avoids with ease. Sanchez throws a body shot but no joy. Sanchez doesn't manage to clinch there - Ripley circles away.
Ripley throws a big counter combination but Sanchez scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Samuel Sanchez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ripley misses with a two punch combination.
Ripley misses with a hook. Sanchez ducked under it nicely. Ripley lands the left hand.#ROC#Sanchez is rocked! Ripley rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sanchez moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Sanchez is still on wobbly legs! Can Ripley finish him? #R1# Noland waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sanchez. Sanchez bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Sanchez swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Noland on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Noland doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. A big left from Noland misses. Sanchez throws a shot to the body.
Sanchez throws a right and a left that both miss. Noland throws out a counter right but Sanchez avoids it with no problem. Noland lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Noland throws a looping overhand right but Sanchez ducks down to avoid it. Sanchez throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Noland stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Noland throws an off balance right hand
and Sanchez counters with a nice uppercut. Sanchez looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.#CL2# Noland closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes. Sanchez tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Noland's elbow. Noland misses with some punches.

Sanchez creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Noland crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5,6... it doesn't look like he's going to make it! Noland face plants back to the mat and the referee calls off the fight! Sanchez takes it with a brutal technical knockout!

Sanchez swings wildly with an uppercut but Markrolandbjj uses good head movement to avoid it. Markrolandbjj digs a right hand into Sanchez's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Sanchez's gas tank. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Markrolandbjj doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

I was talking to Markrolandbjj's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Markrolandbjj lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the ropes. A right handed body shot lands from Markrolandbjj.

#R1# Ripley walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Ripley takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Sanchez closes the distance looking to clinch and Ripley counters with a nice body shot. A slow jab from Sanchez misses its intended target. Ripley swats away the attempt to clinch by Sanchez. Ripley slips a straight right by Sanchez. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ripley, as that shot connected.
Ripley swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Sanchez! But no joy. Ripley ducks under a wild hook from Sanchez. Sanchez walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.#ROC#Sanchez is rocked! Ripley throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Sanchez is still on wobbly legs! Can Ripley finish him? The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ripley throws an overhand right that has Sanchez reeling! Ripley follows up with more punches and Sanchez is out cold! This one is all over!
