A good leg kick by Calland. O Conner shoots in for a takedown but Calland shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Calland follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. We've been told by O Conner's head coaches at California Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Calland fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. O Conner doesn't succeed with the takedown and Calland counters with a body kick that stops O Conner in his tracks momentarily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brian O Conner. That's going to take a lot out of him.#TD# Calland gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows O Conner to score an easy takedown into full guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Calland is on top in guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. O Conner closes the distance and clinches up with Conway, looking for a takedown. Conway ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Glover lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Glover circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops O Conner to the canvas! O Conner doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Glover keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
