and O Conner cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by O Conner!
O Conner throws a series of strikes that have Mendes backpedaling.

O Conner closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
