#R1# Don throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.#TD2# Garrison changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Don looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Don throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Mister Garrison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Don throws a series of strikes that have Garrison backpedaling.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Garrison lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
#TD2# Garrison gets the takedown into side control. Garrison remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. It looks like Garrison might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Don tries to bench press Garrison off him but Garrison keeps the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Garrison working away. Garrison advances to mount. #T1# Garrison controlling his opponent. Garrison is continuing to stall. Don tries to hold on but Garrison postures up. Garrison postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Don looks a forlorn figure.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!#R2##TD2# Garrison throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Don tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Garrison is in Don's guard. Garrison forces his way into half guard. Well, if Garrison is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Don tries to get to full guard but Garrison has control of the leg. Garrison slows the pace down in half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The adventures of Garrison the control monster continue. Boring. Don wants to control but Garrison is keeping busy and won't allow it. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Don tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Garrison tries to counter with a clinch but Don shakes him off and moves away. Garrison shoots and misses and Don counters with a lovely straight right hand! Danga de danga de dang - Garrison scores with a four punch combination! Garrison tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Don paws at him with a jab and circles away.#TD2# Garrison closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Garrison is figuring out what he wants to do next. Garrison is breathing heavily.#T3# We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Garrison. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.#T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.#CL2# Garrison instigates a clinch. Garrison is defending well against a takedown attempt. Don is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Garrison gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Garrison is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Don pulls him back up using the underhooks. Don fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Don. That's going to take a lot out of him. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Don tries for a takedown. No joy.

Mister Garrison showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!#R3# Garrison shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Don counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Don throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Garrison tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Don paws at him with a jab and circles away. Garrison tries to clinch but Don is having none of it. #TD2# Garrison shoots in and gets a takedown into Don's guard. Garrison engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Don wants to sweep here but Garrison controlling him for the moment. Garrison pushing down on Don's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Garrison stalling. Yet more stalling tactics from Garrison.#T1# Garrison prevents Don from improving his position. Don is working hard here to advance position. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Garrison is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Don wants to improve his position but Garrison is controlling well.
#T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Garrison takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.#REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Don throws a right and a left that Garrison avoids nicely. #CL2# Garrison moves into the clinch.#TD2# Garrison has hold of one of Don's legs. Don is fighting the takedown attempt but Garrison gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Garrison not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. #T3# Don controls Garrison momentarily but Garrison frees himself. Garrison is stalling in the full guard. Garrison pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Don is keeping the position for now. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Garrison distracts Don with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.#T4# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Garrison postures up.
#REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Garrison shoots and misses and Don counters with a left to the body. #CL2# Garrison moves into the clinch. Don working hard to break the clinch. Don tries to score a body lock takedown but Garrison shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Don tries to break free but Garrison pushes him back against the cage.#TD2# Garrison tightens his grip and picks Don up, before dumping him to the ground. Don manages to land in guard. Garrison is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Don keeping full guard, as Garrison tries to pass. Garrison looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
And that's the end of the fight! Mister Garrison comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Garrison winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
