Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Tavara closes the distance but Shikongo moves to the side
and Shikongo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Shikongo counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Tavara is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Kwame Shikongo showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Shikongo has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
