#CL2# Hatton clinches up with Mmm and pushes him back against the cage. Mmm prevents a takedown attempt there.
#TD2# Hatton ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Hatton no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Hatton working for a triangle but Mmm defends it easily.
Hatton looking for a sweep. Not yet Hatton, not yet. #T1# A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Hatton holds on and takes a little breather. Hatton moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.#T4# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hatton lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVB# Hatton postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. It appears Mmm was looking to counter with a kick there. Hatton dives in and grabs Mmm's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mmm pushes down on Hatton's head and hops out. Mmm quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Mmm Mmm has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Mmm wants to control but Hatton is keeping him busy. #REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Mmm Mmm has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Hatton shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mmm defends it nicely. Mmm jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
And that's the end of the fight! Ricky Hatton comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hatton has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Dudayev pushes Hatton back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. A short right from Dudayev on the inside. Dudayev doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Dudayev lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Hatton backwards. A nice left hand lands by Dudayev.
A short left from Dudayev. Dudayev throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Hattons head. Dudayev pushes Hatton back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A short left from Dudayev. Dudayev lands a shot to the body. Dudayev lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Hatton backwards. Dudayev lands with a right to the head. #ROC#Hatton is rocked! Hatton looks winded! Hatton goes for a takedown in the clinch but Dudayev prevents it.

Hatton motions for Bangag to come forward. Hatton throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Hatton wants to clinch. Bangag throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Bangag misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bangag misses with a few strikes there.
#TD# Hatton scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Hatton is figuring out what he wants to do next.#SUB# Hatton seems to be looking for submissions.
Hatton tries to stand and escape but Bangag is controlling the position. #T1# Bangag is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Hatton scores with a couple of nice shots. Hatton trying to control from half guard but Bangag is working away. Hatton not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Hatton has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Bangag is trying to escape back to his feet but Hatton uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Bacon scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.#CL# Hatton takes the fight into the clinch. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Bacon wants to get back to striking at distance but Hatton won't allow it.

Bacon has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.#TD# Hatton shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Hatton was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Hatton moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Hatton throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.#T1# Hatton trying to control the position but Bacon is working away. Hatton is stalling in the full guard. #SUB2# Hatton has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Wallace to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Hatton is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Wallace pulls down on the head and he's put Hatton to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). William Wallace! William Wallace spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant. |

Otami is looking to counter punch. Otami slaps away a takedown attempt from Hatton, before circling back to the center of the mat. No luck with that takedown attempt from Hatton. Otami was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Shin Otami has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ricky Hatton. Otami defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hatton. Hatton rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Otami moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Hatton shoots in for a takedown but Otami shows good takedown defense. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hatton changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. And that's the end of the fight! Ricky Hatton comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hatton has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Mendoza distracts Hatton with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Mendoza is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
