Capot throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jones was covering up waiting for the punch and Capot finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Capot seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Jones for as long as he can get away with.#T2#
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Tate has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Tate looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Tate is looking to clinch but Jones is avoiding it.

Jones lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Tate! More strikes land and this one is all over! Jones jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

Jones takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Lawrence lands a big uppercut and Jones crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Jones looks OK. Lawrence waves Jones back to his feet!#ROC2#Jones is rocked!
Jones tries to close the distance and clinch but Lawrence swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lawrence let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Jones seems to have got his legs back now.
Jones tries to clinch but Lawrence is having none of it.
Jones walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Jones limp body while Lawrence jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Pereira dives in and grabs Jones's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes down on Pereira's head and hops out.

and Pereira counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Jones has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Pereira is on him like a limpet, forcing Jones back against the cage.
Jones tries to land knees in the clinch but Pereira avoids the damage to the body.

Whack! Jones lands a heavy head kick that drops Lace. The ref tackles Jones to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Lace was done.
