#R1# Woodward closes this distance looking for a takedown but Chan circles away. Woodward shoots in for a takedown but Chan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Chan swings for the body but Woodward moves out of range.
Chan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Woodward gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily enabling Chan to counter with a crisp jab. Chan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Kieran Chan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jean Woodward. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A jab from Chan finds it's way through Woodward's defenses. #CUT#It looks like Jean Woodward has been cut. Chan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Mcboxer shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Chan counters with a one-two to the body. Chan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
As Mcboxer looks to move away, Chan throws a big counter combo but Mcboxer just gets out of the way. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mcboxer tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Chan swivels and escapes. Kieran Chan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boxy Mcboxer. Chan pulls out of a head kick attempt.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Chan is defended easily by Mcboxer. Mcboxer doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.#T4##CL# The fight moves into the clinch position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Chan drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mcboxer gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Boxy Mcboxer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kieran Chan is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Chan has Mcboxer pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Mcboxer manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kieran Chan. Well Chan has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
