Chaka trying to control the position from guard on top but Tate is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Chaka is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chaka would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Chaka tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Tate manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.#TD2#
Chaka drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Tate closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tate lands in his opponent's guard.
Tate not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
It looks like Tate might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.#SU2#
Woodard is working an open guard so Tate takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Tate lands a strong strike to the head of Woodard. That's dazed him! Tate looking to finish here. Woodard is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Tate lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
