#R1# Osborne dips to his left and cracks Melendez with an uppercut! Osborne cracks Melendez with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.#KD2# Osborne lands a big uppercut and Melendez crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Melendez looks OK. Osborne waves Melendez back to his feet! Melendez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Osborne paws at him with a jab and circles away. Melendez throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Osborne sees it coming and avoids it easily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Osborne throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Melendez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.#KD2# Osborne lands a big uppercut and Melendez crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Melendez looks OK. Osborne waves Melendez back to his feet!#ROC2#Melendez is rocked! Osborne throws a monster overhand right that drops Melendez! Osborne follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

#R1# Melendez wants to clinch up but Castillo keeps it at a distance. Castillo looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Castillo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.#CL2# Melendez moves into range and clinches up with Castillo. Melendez is looking to break free of the clinch but Castillo has double underhooks. Melendez misses with a body punch.
Melendez working hard to break the clinch. Melendez tries to break the clinch but Castillo is controlling the position. Melendez keeps control of Castillo as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Castillo drops down looking for an ankle pick but Melendez pulls his leg out and moves away.
Melendez slaps away a takedown attempt from Castillo, before circling back to the center of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Castillo circles away from the clinch attempt.
Castillo tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Melendez defends well and Castillo ends up having to push Melendez into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joey Castillo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Castillo lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Melendez or not. Melendez wants to stall.
#T1# Castillo looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Melendez working hard to break the clinch. Castillo has Melendez pressed against the cage, preventing Melendez from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Castillo is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Melendez is defending well.#TD# Castillo turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Castillo manages to end up in side control. Melendez is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Castillo is controlling him well. Castillo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Melendez keeps working. Castillo misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Melendez is trying to get back to his feet.#T2##SUB# Melendez tries to escape back to his feet but Castillo has kept hold of him... Oh, now he's got Melendez's back and is looking for the choke... Is it? Is it sunk in? YES! Melendez is tapping! Castillo saw the opportunity and took it - ruthless!
