#R1##CL2# Salerno gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Salerno has Knight pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Knight manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. #TD2# Salerno successfully pulls guard.
#SUB2# Salerno has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Knight doesn't defend quickly enough and Salerno has managed to lock this one up! Can Knight escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Salerno on a fantastic submission victory.

#R1# Knight throws a series of punches but Mason moves out of range. Knight looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Nice defenses there by Mason.#CL2# Knight closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Mason is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Mason tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Knight has Mason pressed against the cage, preventing Mason from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Knight prevents Mason from breaking the clinch. Knight tries to land knees in the clinch but Mason avoids the damage to the body. #TD2# Knight pulls guard successfully.
Mason slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mason preventing the sweep. #T1# Mason controlling from the top position. Mason's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Mason advances position into side control! Knight is trying to get back to half guard. Mason working away.#T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Knight misses with an elbow from the bottom. Mason controls the position. Knight is trying to improve his position. Mason in side control, just content to control the action for now. Knight gets back to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T3# Knight pushes Mason off looking to stand but Mason dives back in and keeps control.
The fighters are battling for position here. Knight manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Knight is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Mason sitting in guard here, content to control. #REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.#TD2# Knight feints and as Mason raises his hands in defense, Knight changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Knight trying to control the position from guard on top but Mason is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mason wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. #T4# Mason wants to sweep but no luck. Mason looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Mason working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Knight. Knight pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mason is keeping the position for now. Mason is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR# Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Knight is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Mason's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Mason's back! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Knight working away. Knight is looking to take a break and control but Mason is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Mason tries to buck Knight off but Knight is having none of it. Both fighters take a look at the clock. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SU2# Knight decides to stand back up. #T1# Nice defenses there by Knight.#TD2# Knight changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mason looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB2# Knight is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Mason is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Mason tries to buck Knight off but Knight is having none of it.#SU2# Knight decides to take the fight back to the feet. Braylon Mason is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Mason, as that shot connected.
Knight ducks right into an uppercut from Mason. Mason throws a hook but Knight avoids it easily. Knight tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.#T2# Mason looks to throw the jab but Knight is out of range. Mason lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!#TD2# Knight looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Mason! Mason tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Mason is squirming around, avoiding Knight's attempts to control the action. #SUB2# Knight looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Knight has been the more effective fighter overall so far.#SUB2# Mason has left one of his arms exposed and Knight doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Mason screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

Master swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Knight is trying to pull guard but Master turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Master swings wildly with an uppercut but Knight uses good head movement to avoid it. Master has a couple of punches blocked by Knight.

Master lands a body punch in the clinch. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Master throws a punch but it's blocked by Knight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Knight throws an elbow but it misses.
Knight tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Master lands with a left to the head. Knight has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Master misses with the head strike.
Knight blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Master fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Master stops Knight from standing up. Master must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Master preventing the sweep. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Master is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Master is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Knight.
