Garcia slaps away a takedown attempt from Herrera, before circling back to the center of the mat. Herrera ducks right into an uppercut from Garcia. Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Garcia moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Herrera! Garcia continues to tee off on Herrera, landing with a left and a right! Garcia connects with a right hand that leaves Herrera sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Garcia!

#R1##TD# Betz drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Herrera pushes Betz away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Betz gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Betz scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. Herrera is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Herrera sneaks back into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Herrera wants to get back to full guard. Herrera is trying to control but can't.
Herrera on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Herrera moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
