We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Shepard has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

We've been hearing reports that Shepard has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Roach scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Shepard doesn't seem bothered though.
Roach uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Shepard.

It looked like Roach wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Roach could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Roach lands a really nice looking cross but Shepard seems unphased.

Roach is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Shepard lets go of the hold and Roach can pop his arm back in it's socket.
