#R1##KD2# Mejia sends Tou Fa crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Mejia is motioning to the referee to let Tou Fa up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!#CUT2#It looks like Duan Tou Fa has been cut. Mejia closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Tou Fa out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!

#R1# Tou Fa shoots in looking for a takedown but Baker manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tou Fa's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Tou Fa throws a lazy right hand but Baker sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Tou Fa tries to land a leg kick but Baker saw it coming and moves away.
Baker misses with a jab, cross combination.
Tou Fa misses the shot to the body. Baker is looking for a counter combo. Baker throws a body punch but Tou Fa moves out of range. A punch combination from Baker misses. Tou Fa is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Tou Fa misses with a straight right. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Baker throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Baker wants to clinch up but Tou Fa keeps it at a distance. Baker misses with a low kick.
Tou Fa goes for a double leg but Baker avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Baker continues to drive forward.#T1# Tou Fa with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Baker to score with a decent uppercut. Baker fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Tou Fa thows a left - swing and a miss! Tou Fa misses with a jab to the body
and Baker counters with a series of strikes. Tou Fa will be more careful next time no doubt. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Tou Fa lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Baker has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Baker and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. A low kick from Baker misses #TD2# and Tou Fa counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Baker wants to control but Tou Fa passes into side.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tou Fa landing a few strikes. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The referee asks Tou Fa politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Tou Fa prefers to stall for the moment though. Baker trying to control but Tou Fa flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! Tou Fa has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.#T2# Baker rolls, trying to escape but Tou Fa keeps control of the position.
Baker covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.

#R1# Sampson shoots in and drives through. Tou Fa sprawls well. Tou Fa throws a body shot but no joy. #TD2# Sampson gets caught flat footed, as Tou Fa shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Tou Fa working some strikes from top position. Tou Fa makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Tou Fa trying to control but Sampson is working from the bottom. Tou Fa throws a strike but Sampson rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. #REVR##SUB# Sampson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sampson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Sampson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tou Fa is keeping the position for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tou Fa bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sampson's guard. #REVB# Tou Fa missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Tou Fa can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Sampson is looking to escape. Tou Fa throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Sampson because Tou Fa loaded up on that one. Sampson is trying desperately to improve position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tou Fa loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Tou Fa postures up in Sampson's guard and throws a big left but Sampson blocks it. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Brandon Sampson. Well Tou Fa has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality.
