We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Dynamo tries to clinch but Aliyev moves out of range.
Aliyev circles away from the clinch attempt. #CL2#

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Aliyev can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Thibodeaux Jr. has Aliyev pressed against the cage, preventing Aliyev from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Aliyev can't break the clinch.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Thibodeaux Jr. as Aliyev tries to tie him up.
