Ghafour dives in and grabs Perez's left leg, looking for a takedown. Perez pushes down on Ghafour's head and hops out.
A good leg kick by Perez.
Ghafour takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Ghafour with a lazy takedown attempt
and Perez counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Ghafour dives in for a single leg takedown but Perez sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Perez was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Ayden Perez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kamal Ghafour.

Perez sends Ghafour crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Perez is motioning to the referee to let Ghafour up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!#ROC#Ghafour is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Perez is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Ghafour flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Ghafour is out cold! Perez holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
