#R1# Werner lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Matekane circles away quickly and effectively. Matekane wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.#CL# Matekane closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Matekane is pushing Werner up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Werner tries to break the clinch but Matekane is controlling the position. Matekane definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Werner is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Matekane tries to work over Werner's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Matekane is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Matekane tries for a takedown but Werner manages to get underhooks.
Matekane goes for a takedown attempt but Werner pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Matekane keeps control of Werner as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Matekane digs a right hand underneath Werner's ribcage. Werner let out a lung full of air as it connected. Matekane tries a body shot but Werner blocks it.
Werner is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Werner is trying to push Matekane away but Matekane has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Matekane lands a nice uppercut.#TD# Werner is fighting off a takedown attempt but Matekane is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Werner to the mat. Werner regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Matekane is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Matekane scoring with some ground and pound. #R1##TD2# Williamson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.#SUB# Matekane looking for submissions off his back. Matekane avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Williamson. Williamson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Williamson is just content to waste time from the top position. Matekane takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Williamson with a flurry of punches that miss. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Matekane has his foot on Williamson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Williamson works his way back into a safe position though. Matekane controlling the position. Williamson wants to control from the top but Matekane keeps moving. #T1##SUB# Matekane is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Matekane keeping moving, preventing Williamson from controlling successfully. Matekane has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Matekane is pulling down on Williamson's head to control his posture. #SUB# Matekane throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
#T2# Williamson wants to control from the top but Matekane keeps moving. Matekane has a closed guard, preventing Williamson from standing up. Williamson throws a big right hand that misses. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Matekane has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Matekane manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Williamson manages to get himself to full guard.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Matekane slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. #T4# A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.#SUB# Williamson wants to control position but Matekane is using a can opener to pass guard... He's turned it into a full on guillotine from mount now! Big trouble for Williamson here! He's turning a lovely shade of purple and yep! He's tapping out! I would say world class Jiu Jitsu but is it really? It was nice but let's not get silly about it.

#R1##TD2# Matekane decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Erthegg preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Matekane trying to control the pace. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Erthegg tries to roll over but Matekane keeps him under control. Matekane wants to pass to mount but Erthegg is defending the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Erthegg is refusing to be controlled, as Matekane sits in half guard. Erthegg wants to control but Matekane is keeping busy.

I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Matekane wants to lay and pray for a moment but Erthegg keeps working. Erthegg is in trouble now - Matekane has advanced to mount! Matekane lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

That was a close fourth round but I would say that Shteve Erthegg will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Teboho Matekane's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.#R5# Matekane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Erthegg manages to avoid it. It looked like Erthegg was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Matekane tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Erthegg swivels and escapes. Matekane fails miserably with a takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A low kick from Matekane misses and Erthegg connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Matekane fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Shteve Erthegg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Teboho Matekane.#T1# Matekane moves in looking to clinch but Erthegg pushes him off. Erthegg is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Matekane has his takedown stuffed and Erthegg counters with a lovely shot to the body. You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Matekane tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Erthegg defends well and Matekane ends up having to push Erthegg into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch. An attempted straight right counter from Erthegg misses the target. Matekane tries to clinch up and Erthegg counters with a lovely straight right hand! Erthegg is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Matekane. Shteve Erthegg is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Matekane wants to clinch but Erthegg slips to the side and Erthegg counters with a left and a right that stings Matekane. #T3# Matekane misses with a takedown and Erthegg counters with a one-two to the body. Erthegg throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Matekane stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Matekane misses with a right hand and Erthegg counters with a lovely straight right hand! Matekane tries to close the distance and clinch up but Erthegg swats him away and circles back towards the center. #T4# Erthegg ducks under a wild hook from Matekane. Matekane tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Erthegg swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Erthegg keeps the fight on the outside. Matekane is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Matekane scores with a jab to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Shteve Erthegg showed his dominance in that final round. I think Erthegg has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
