Chima shoots in for a takedown but Weathers shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
October Weathers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kalazka Chima.
Chima takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Chima looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Weathers is fending him off so far but Chima persists. Nope, Weathers circles away and we're back to standing.

Weathers cracks Chima with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Weathers has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Chima to stand back up!

Chima leaves his chin hanging out and Weathers seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Chima crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). October Weathers!
A less than humble October Weathers misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.

Jones misses with a few strikes there.
Chima tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Jones fails with the takedown.
Jones throws a right hand that Chima ducks under and follows up with a left that Chima also avoids with ease.#TD2#
Excellent takedown into side control there by Chima.
You can see the frustration on Jones's face as Chima controls the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones wants to control but Chima postures up.

Chima remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
It looks like Chima might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
