Ripley lands with a nice body punch.
Nickson wants to clinch up but Ripley keeps it at a distance.
Ripley works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Ripley catches Nickson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Nickson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Nickson misses with a hook
and Ripley counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Ripley blocks a head kick by Nickson.
Nickson throws a poor cross that misses
and Ripley counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ripley ducks under a wild hook from Nickson.
Nickson moves in looking to clinch but Ripley pushes him off.
Nickson misses with a lunging right hand

and Ripley counters with a crisp one two that drops Nickson! Ripley thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Nickson to his feet! Nickson is in big trouble!#ROC2#Nickson is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ripley lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Nickson falls backwards - clearly groggy! Ripley dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
