#R1# No luck for Rice with that takedown attempt. Beasley lands a jab to the head.
Beasley scores with a decent looking hook. Rice fails with the takedown. Nice sprawl there from Beasley as Rice shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jorge Rice. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Beasley throws a combination. Rice tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Beasley defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rice. Jab from Beasley.#T1# Rice tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Beasley defends well and Rice ends up having to push Beasley into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.#BC2# Beasley breaks from the clinch.
Beasley lands a nice shot that snaps Rice's head back.
Beasley slaps away a takedown attempt from Rice, before circling back to the center of the mat. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Beasley! But no joy. Rice misses with a takedown and Beasley cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Rice shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Beasley as he avoids it easily. Rice fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Beasley lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Beasley uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Rice has time to react. Beasley leaves Rice with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Beasley! But no joy. Rice shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Beasley pinned against the cage. Beasley gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. #T4# Rice closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Rice has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Beasley finds it's way round the side to connect with Rice's head. Rice is trying hard to land a takedown here. Beasley sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Beasley lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Good standup being displayed there by Beasley as he connects with a hook. Beasley defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rice. Rice walks into a stiff left hand from Beasley. Beasley has been the more effective fighter overall so far. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rice.#T4# Beasley ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Beasley's jab looks to have found its range, popping Rice under the eye. Rice with a poor takedown and Beasley counters with a nice uppercut. Rice takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Rice shoots in for a double leg but Beasley sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Rice tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Beasley swivels and escapes. Beasley moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Rice tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Beasley scores with a jab to the body. Beasley lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rice backs up against the cage.
Rice doesn't succeed with the takedown and Beasley counters with a nice uppercut. #T2# Beasley bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rice takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Rice shoots and misses and Baba counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Rice walks into a jab. Nice cross by Baba. Baba throws a hook but Rice avoids it easily. Rice tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Baba swivels and escapes. Phishiji Baba has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jorge Rice.#KD# Baba sends Rice crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Baba is motioning to the referee to let Rice up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!#ROC#Rice is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rice throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Baba counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Rice out cold! What a finish! Baba is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

Rice shoots and misses and Rice takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Rice misses with a takedown and Baba makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jorge Rice. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rice shoots and misses and Baba counters with a stiff right hand. #ROC2#Rice is rocked! Baba is stalking Rice. Rice circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Baba, and it's lights out! Rice really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

Dirkinshan is pressed up against the cage. Rice has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dirkinshan down to the mat. Dirkinshan avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Dirkinshan fakes the leg kick and cracks Rice in the body. #CL# Dirkinshan darts in and clinches Rice up against the cage. Dirkinshan lands an elbow just above Rice 's eye. #CUT#It looks like Jorge Rice has been cut. Dirkinshan is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Dirkinshan tries to land a knee to the head but Rice blocks with his arms.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Dirkinshan for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Dirkinshan. Rice tries for a takedown. No joy.
