Zuzu throws a nice looking combination but Carey bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Carey looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A nice side step and Zuzu releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Zuzu tries for a takedown but Carey sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Zuzu accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Carey throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Carey displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Zuzu.
Carey goes for a double leg but Zuzu avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Zuzu continues to drive forward.
Carey is breathing heavily.
Carey jumps guard but Zuzu stands there with Carey around his waist. Carey gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Carey avoids a wild elbow strike from Zuzu.
Zuzu with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Carey can't find room to land a body shot as Zuzu controls the action.
