#TD# Van Sanders darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Garza is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Garza misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Van Sanders throws a wild body kick that Garza sees coming a mile off. And Garza tries to counter it with a takedown but Van Sanders pushes his down on his head and steps out. Van Sanders goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Van Sanders tries to clinch there but Garza circles away.

Van Sanders is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Garza yanks on the arm and Van Sanders is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Garza.
