Fialkowska fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dumas manages to avoid it. Dumas throws out a counter right but Fialkowska avoids it with no problem. Fialkowska waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Dumas. A slow jab from Fialkowska misses its intended target. #CL2# Dumas clinches with his opponent.
Fialkowska tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Fialkowska blocking some punches.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Dumas creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Dumas working some nice short punches in the clinch. Fialkowska on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dumas misses with a hook from the clinch. Dumas lands an uppercut. Dumas tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. A short right from Dumas on the inside. Dumas misses with a punch on the inside.

Dumas tries to counter with a clinch but Fialkowska shakes him off and moves away. A punch combination from Fialkowska misses. Fialkowska misses with a double jab
and Dumas counters with a right hand to the body. Fialkowska is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight. Fialkowska gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Dumas gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Fialkowska is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

#R1# Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.#CL# Van Exum clinches with his opponent.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Dumas takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. #T1# Dumas slows down the pace here.

#R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Riggs throws a body punch but Dumas moves out of range. Dumas appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Riggs swings and misses with a hook to the body.
We've been told by Riggs's head coaches at Tokyo All-Stars that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Riggs misses with a body shot.
Riggs sets himself, and Dumas steps forward looking for the clinch! Riggs avoids it this time. Riggs ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dumas moves away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#CL# Riggs moves into the clinch successfully.

#TD# Dumas gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Riggs wants to stand and escape but Dumas is having none of it. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.#SUB# Dumas thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. #SUB# Dumas drops back looking for a leg! Riggs is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Riggs manages to kick Dumas off! Dumas jumps back into Riggs's guard. Riggs trying to control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Riggs throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Dumas escapes and throws Riggs's legs to the side, diving into side control! Riggs tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dumas wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Riggs wants to control but Dumas postures up.#T1# Dumas has knee on belly and moves into mount. Dumas avoids the attempt from Riggs to control. Dumas prevents Riggs from getting the reversal. Dumas tries to control but Riggs wriggling away. Riggs tries to hold on but Dumas pushes him away. Dumas tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Dumas trying to control but Riggs is having none of it. #T2# Riggs sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Riggs misses with some strikes from the bottom.
