Nanook missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Nanook looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Nanook is working hard here to advance position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nanook missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Nanook is looking to control Kim's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Nanook avoid being mounted? Kim thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Nanook is looking to improve his position.

Nanook seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Kim fails to land the takedown. Turok Nanook has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaeden Kim. Kim looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Nanook pulls out of a head kick attempt.

He catches Kim napping and manages to drive through into side control! Kim striking from the bottom but nothing landed.

Nanook gets slowly back to his feet. #TD# Nanook feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Turok Nanook has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaeden Kim. Nanook lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kim backwards. #TD# Nanook successfully pulls guard.

He's managed it... Nice work. Nanook won't allow Kim to pass to mount. Jaeden Kim has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Turok Nanook is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Nanook has hold of Kim's hands but Kim slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Turok Nanook. Well Nanook has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
