#R1# Oxmier fails with a takedown attempt. Serapino is looking for the big counter here. Serapino connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Oxmier leaves Serapino with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Oxmier lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. Oxmier really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Serapino tries a head kick but it misses.
#CL2# Serapino clinches up with Oxmier and pushes him back against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#BC# Oxmier breaks from the clinch.
#CL# The fight moves into the clinch position. Serapino is trying to pull guard but Oxmier has him pressed against the cage.#BC# Oxmier escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
#T1# Oxmier throws a hook but Serapino avoids it easily. Oxmier changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Serapino tries to avoid it but Oxmier manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Serapino to the ground. Serapino escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. #CL# Oxmier fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Serapino, pushing him back against the cage. Oxmier has Serapino pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Serapino manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Forde Oxmier. That's going to take a lot out of him.#BC# Oxmier breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Oxmier is breathing heavily. Serapino gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily #CL# and Oxmier moves into the clinch.#BC2# Serapino's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Serapino shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Oxmier as he jumps to the side. Serapino tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Oxmier defends well and Serapino ends up having to push Oxmier into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Oxmier swats away the attempt to clinch by Serapino.#T2# Serapino tries to clinch but Oxmier is having none of it. Oxmier throws a head kick but Serapino moves out of range.
Serapino lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Serapino is trying hard to land a takedown here. Oxmier sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Serapino has his takedown stuffed and Oxmier counters with a three punch combo that has Serapino backing up. Serapino nods at Oxmier to acknowledge the strikes. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Oxmier shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Serapino pinned against the cage. Serapino gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. #TD2# Serapino throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Oxmier tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Serapino is in Oxmier's guard.#T3##SUB# Oxmier working for submissions but it's allowed Serapino to get to half guard.
Serapino looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Oxmier is staying active underneath Serapino, who seems content to just control the action from this position. #SUB2# Serapino is trying for a kimura here. Oxmier looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Serapino wins by kimura!
