#R1##TD# Jitsu closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jitsu lands in his opponent's guard. Jitsu might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Jitsu works a leg free and moves into half guard. #SUB# Jitsu looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Baggins can do anything to dispel that myth. Baggins is trying to get back to full guard. Baggins really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jitsu. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jitsu thows a huge punch but Baggins dodges it nicely.

Baggins doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jitsu. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Baggins is looking for a sweep. Jitsu is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.#T2# A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Jitsu sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Baggins defending well though. Baggins has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jitsu is working away from the top position though. Baggins tries to roll over but Jitsu keeps him under control. Baggins is trying to control but can't.

Baggins is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Baggins is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Baggins is trying to maintain the position but Jitsu is very close to passing his half guard.#SUB# Jitsu is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Jitsu is thwarting Baggins's attempts to control the position. Jitsu trying to control from half guard but Baggins is working away. #T4# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Baggins is looking to improve his position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Jitsu is looking for a kimura here.
Baggins gets back to full guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Baggins looking for a sweep. Not yet Baggins, not yet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Breaker Jitsu dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.#R2# Baggins will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jitsu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Baggins tries to avoid it but Jitsu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Baggins to the ground. Baggins escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Jitsu with a lazy takedown attempt and Baggins counters with a lovely shot to the body.#TD# Jitsu gets the takedown into side control. Baggins throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!#TD2# Baggins drives through with a takedown into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Baggins is working Jitsu over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Baggins postures up.
Baggins wants to pass the guard but Jitsu is keeping the position.#T1# Baggins throws an elbow that misses. Jitsu uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Baggins's guard. Nice move by Jitsu!#REVR# Jitsu wants to control from the top but Baggins keeps moving. Baggins striking off his back. Baggins is looking to sweep but instead, Jitsu has passed into half guard.

Baggins makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Baggins. Jitsu wants to control from the top but Baggins keeps moving. #T2# Baggins wants to sweep here but Jitsu controlling him for the moment. Jitsu trying to control but Baggins is working from the bottom. Baggins looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Baggins manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jitsu manages to get himself to full guard.
#REVB# Baggins throwing strikes from guard but Jitsu blocks nicely. Baggins throwing strikes but missing. #T3# Jitsu avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Baggins postures up in Jitsu's guard and throws a big left but Jitsu blocks it. Baggins working some strikes from top position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Baggins accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Baggins working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Baggins wants to pass the guard but Jitsu is keeping the position. Baggins must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Baggins throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Baggins's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Baggins is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. #T4# Baggins with a flurry of punches that miss. Jitsu keeping moving, preventing Baggins from controlling successfully. Baggins makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.#ROC2#Jitsu is rocked! Baggins gets to his feet and stands over Jitsu, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Jitsu felt that one! Baggins unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Jitsu from any more punishment!
