#R1# Ayers fails in his attempt to clinch. Olawandi plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Ayers slaps away a takedown attempt from Olawandi, before circling back to the center of the mat.#TD2# Ayers closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Olawandi can't do much from the bottom here. Ayers lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. #SU2# Ayers decides to stand back up. Ayers steps back and let's Olawandi get back to his feet.#CL# Olawandi clinches up with Ayers and pushes him back against the cage. Olawandi prevents a takedown attempt there.

Ayers seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Olawandi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ayers on the ground. Olawandi doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#ES# Olawandi has his feet on Ayers's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Ayers was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Ayers is staying tight to Olawandi's torso, preventing him from escaping. Olawandi is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Ayers is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Olawandi slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Ayers controlling the action here. Ayers is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! #SUB2# Ayers has hold of Olawandi's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Olawandi manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Olawandi is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. #T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Ayers thowing shots but they're missing. Ayers lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Olawandi tries to lock up and control but Ayers gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Ayers wants to control the pace but Olawandi is squirming around nicely. Cameron Ayers showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.#R3# A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ayers is defended easily by Olawandi.#CL# Olawandi gets a clinch. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Ayers should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Olawandi throws a series of punches but Ayers avoids them all with ease. Ayers appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
