Legend takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Legend shoots in for a takedown but Briggs shows good takedown defense.
Legend ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Legend uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Briggs.
Briggs looks to land a right hand but Legend moved out of range.
Legend should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Legend slips under a jab from Briggs.
Savion Briggs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Legend fails with a takedown attempt.
Briggs feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Legends jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!#CUT#It looks like Jacob Legend has been cut.
Legend goes for a double leg but Briggs avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Briggs continues to drive forward.
Savion Briggs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jacob Legend.
