#R1##CL# The fight moves into the clinch position.#TD2# Manini has Kapanadze pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Manini pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Kapanadze tumbling to the mat - Manini dives into Kapanadze's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Manini controlling from the top position. Manini is pushing down on Kapanadze's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kapanadze is fighting to maintain full guard but Manini has managed to sneak the leg through. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Manini works his way into side control. Manini has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Kapanadze! Kapanadze tries to lock up and control but Manini gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.#T1# Manini is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kapanadze can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Manini looking to control and managing it successfully. Kapanadze knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Manini on the ground. Manini landing strikes from the mount. Manini raining down hammerfists from mount. Manini takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.#T2##SU2# Manini get's back to his feet. Kapanadze is breathing heavily. Kapanadze lands a glancing blow to the side of Manini's head. Kapanadze throws a sloppy head kick and Manini moves out of range easily. #TD2# Manini darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Kapanadze pushes Manini off but Manini dives into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!#SU2# Manini decides to stand back up. Manini avoids the head kick by Kapanadze.
#T3##CL2# Manini darts in and clinches Kapanadze up against the cage.#TD2# Manini has clasped his hands together around Kapanadze's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Manini gets to mount! Kapanadze was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Manini controlling from the full mount. Manini connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Manini looking to control and managing it successfully. #T4# Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kapanadze is bucking up trying to escape but Manini cracks him with another couple of good strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Manini postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Kapanadze looks a forlorn figure.

Kapanadze looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Manini fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Kapanadze on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kapanadze tries to get out of the position. Manini scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Kapanadze?
#ROC2#Kapanadze is rocked!#SUB2# Manini throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Kapanadze has his hands clasped together but Manini breaks the hold and Kapanadze is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Manini!
