Barishnikov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gordon's waist but Gordon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Barishnikov off to one side.

Gordon lands another huge swinging hook and Barishnikov tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Barishnikov, before Gordon can land any more shots!

We've been hearing reports that Magomedsharipov has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
