#R1# Nice takedown defense from Williams. No joy for Johnson on that attempt. Williams shoots for a double leg takedown but Johnson sprawls well. He's pushed Williams's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Williams misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Rocky Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Johnson has a takedown stuffed. Williams moves out of range as Johnson strikes.#TD2# Johnson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Williams is trying to defend but Johnson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williams is looking to improve his position.

Williams manages to get to full guard.
Williams wants to control the position but Johnson says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Williams is staying active underneath Johnson, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Williams regains full guard. Nicely done. Johnson stays in close to Williams's body and controls the position. Williams is trying to keep Johnson in close.
#T2# Johnson is looking to stand up but Williams won't let him. Williams keeping full guard, as Johnson tries to pass. Williams wants to sweep but no luck. Johnson engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. #SUB# Williams has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Johnson should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Williams has tightened it up now! Johnson should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Southam gets underhooks to prevent Williams's takedown attempt.
Williams takes a knee right on the jaw!
Williams is looking for a takedown. Williams changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Southam fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Koda Southam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tin Williams. Southam moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Southam scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Southam leaves Williams with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Williams shoots for a takedown but Southam saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Southam fails in his attempt to clinch. Williams is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Southam tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. #CL# Southam darts in and clinches Williams up against the cage. Williams wants a takedown but no success here.

Southam lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Williams drops down looking for an ankle pick but Southam pulls his leg out and moves away.
Southam slaps away a takedown attempt from Williams, before circling back to the center of the mat. Williams looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Southam is fending him off so far but Williams persists. Nope, Southam circles away and we're back to standing. Southam scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Southam lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Williams backs up against the cage.
#ROC#Williams is rocked! Southam drops Williams with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Williams! Southam dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
