Spaliv is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Oliviera defends well.
Oliviera postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Spaliv is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Oliviera rolls with it to try and escape but Spaliv cranks on the arm and Oliviera is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Spaliv shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Manuelsio counters with a nice uppercut.
Spaliv shoots for a double leg takedown but Manuelsio sprawls well. He's pushed Spaliv's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A little jabbing left from Manuelsio on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Spaliv fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mika Spaliv. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Manuelsio bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Spaliv's head backwards.#CUT2#It looks like Mika Spaliv has been cut.
Spaliv throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Manuelsio's waist but Manuelsio gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Spaliv off to one side.
Spaliv takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Birner is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Birner is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Spaliv couldn't care less - he's delighted!
