#R1# Santos throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gotlib feinted with a counter takedown.#CL2# Santos gets in close and instigates a clinch. Gotlib is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Santos pulls him back up using the underhooks. Santos tries to break free but Gotlib pushes him back against the cage. Gotlib changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Santos fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Santos swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A counter left hand to the body from Gotlib misses its target. Santos throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Santos misses with an uppercut
#TD# and Gotlib counters with a nice double leg into side control. Santos won't be happy with that. #SUB# Gotlib is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Santos knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. #SUB# Gotlib swings around for an armbar but Santos sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Gotlib's guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Santos loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Santos throws a big right hand that misses. Santos with a flurry of punches that miss. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Gotlib looking for a guillotine here but Santos defends easily.
#SUB# Gotlib is looking to cinch up a triangle. Santos throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Gotlib's body to avoid the submission. Gotlib has instead reached around Santos's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Gotlib arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

He's got his arms around Niratpattanasai's waist but Niratpattanasai gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Santos off to one side. Santos shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Niratpattanasai but Niratpattanasai pushes him off and we're back to square one. Santos just misses with a punch to the body.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! #BC# Rice pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Rice throws a quick inside leg kick. Santos slips a straight right by Rice. The fighters circling - Rice throws out the jab but it was never going to land. #TD2# Santos dives in and scores a takedown into Rice's guard. Santos prevents Rice from getting back to his feet. Santos throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rice works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rice has momentary wrist control but Santos slips an elbow through the middle. Santos is looking to work some ground and pound but Rice has wrist control. Rice working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Santos. Santos has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Santos loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Rice on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Rice tries to get out of the position. Rice trying to control but Santos is working from the bottom. #SUB2# Rice is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Santos has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Rice is looking to defend but Santos has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Rice! Santos pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Rice taps out and this one is all over!
