#R1##TD# Kitchen shoots in and bounces Silva off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Kitchen has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Kitchen controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Kitchen seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Silva for as long as he can get away with. Kitchen continues to stall. Silva wants to sweep but no luck. Kitchen is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Silva is trying to control the position but Kitchen postures up. Kitchen is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. #T1# Kitchen works over Silva with some ground and pound from guard. Kitchen seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Kitchen with a nice head shot there. That was a close round but I would say that Todd Kitchen will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!#R2# Kitchen has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Kitchen ducks under a wild hook from Silva. Silva scores with a hook. Silva catches Kitchen with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Silva lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Kitchen connects with a nice short shot to Silva's temple. Kitchen is trying to control the action in half guard but Silva is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. And he's not even managing to do that successfully. And that's the end of the fight! Solomon Silva comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Silva has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#R1# Silva throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Frost tries for a takedown but Silva sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A head kick by Frost misses and Silva counters with a lovely shot to the body. Frost shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Silva counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.#CL2# Frost has closed the distance and engaged Silva in a clinch.
#TD2# Frost pulls guard. Silva looking to pass the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Silva trying to control but Frost is working from the bottom. Silva is really struggling to control Frost but he's trying to hold on to the position.#T1# Silva tries to stand but Frost is controlling from the bottom. Silva throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Frost stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. No luck with that takedown attempt from Frost. Solomon Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Frost.#CL2# Frost clinches up against the cage. Frost tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. #T2# Silva misses with a hook to the ribs.

Frost tries to land knees in the clinch but Silva avoids the damage to the body. Frost effectively controlling the action here. Frost tries to pull guard but Silva won't allow it.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Silva. #TD2# Frost ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Frost no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Silva trying to control the position from guard on top but Frost is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Silva looking to sit in guard and control but Frost gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVB# Frost trying to control but Silva is working from the bottom. Silva cracks Frost with a good jab. Jack Frost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Silva throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Frost on the side of the head. #ROC#Frost is rocked! Frost is holding his hands too far apart here. Silva throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Frost is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
