Vosa pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Vosa is still on wobbly legs! Can Gaines finish him?
Vosa misses with a body shot.
Gaines shoots for a double leg takedown but Vosa sprawls well. He's pushed Gaines's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Vosa swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Vosa tries to clinch but Gaines moves out of range.
Gaines doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Vosa counters with a straight right hand.
Gaines dives in and grabs Vosa's left leg, looking for a takedown. Vosa pushes down on Gaines's head and hops out.
Vosa appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobby Gaines. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vosa wants to clinch up but Gaines keeps it at a distance.
Gaines shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Vosa counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

The crowd cheers as Vosa lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gaines doesn't seem phased though.

Gaines shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Vosa is on queer street and Gaines is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!

and Lee scores with a counter punch that sends Gaines to the canvas! Lee smells blood - he's punishing Gaines with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Gaines has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Gaines shoots in for a takedown but Takyan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Takyan closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Gaines did well to prevent Takyan getting side control.
Gaines is looking to get back to is feet but Takyan passes into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
