and Edge counters with a straight right hand. Edge loads up on a big right hand but Longchambon slips the punch. Longchambon appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Talebot Longchambon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#TD# Longchambon looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Longchambon sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Edge's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Edge is looking for a sweep. Longchambon is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Longchambon missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Longchambon trying to pass the guard but Edge defending well. Longchambon throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Longchambon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#T1# Longchambon is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Longchambon uses his free foot to push down on Edge's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Edge. Longchambon looking to control and managing it successfully. Longchambon lands a big shot there that rocks Edge but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Longchambon landing punches. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Longchambon lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Edge hang on? Edge taking shots to the head. Longchambon will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Longchambon breaks from Edge's wrist control and lands an elbow. #T2# Longchambon lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Edge really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Longchambon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Longchambon lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Longchambon looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Longchambon working the ground and pound effectively.

Longchambon pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Edge should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Edge in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. #ROC#Edge is rocked! Longchambon lands a couple of good shots and Edge has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Edge is still in real trouble! Can Longchambon finish him? A helpless look comes across Edge 's face. He knows he's trapped as Longchambon lands a series of unanswered strikes. The ref steps in to stop the fight and this one is in the books!

#R1# Solis cracks Longchambon with an open hand slap. Solis scores with a jab. Longchambon acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Nice body kick there by Solis. Longchambon misses with a body punch
and Solis counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.#CL# Longchambon rushes Solis and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.#TD2# Solis pulls Longchambon into guard.
Solis doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
#SUB2# Solis working for a triangle but Longchambon defends it easily.
Longchambon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Solis on the ground. Solis is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Longchambon postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. #T1##SUB2# Longchambon got a little sloppy there for a moment and Solis has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Longchambon has managed to get both his arms back between Solis's legs - danger averted. Longchambon throws an elbow that misses. Solis uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Longchambon's guard. Nice move by Solis!#REVB# Longchambon preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Longchambon striking from the bottom.
Solis has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Longchambon controlling Solis's posture. Solis cracks Longchambon with a solid left hand. and Solis counters with a three punch combo that has Longchambon backing up. Longchambon nods at Solis to acknowledge the strikes. Solis lands with a nice combination. Longchambon backs away looking to recover. Solis throws a leg kick which misses Longchambon's front leg but catches the back leg as Longchambon tries to avoid it. #TD# Longchambon closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Longchambon looks to land a strike but Solis avoids it nicely and regains full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Longchambon throws an elbow that misses. Solis uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Longchambon's guard. Nice move by Solis!#REVB# Solis makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.#T4# A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Solis accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Longchambon looking for a sweep. Not yet Longchambon, not yet. Solis throwing strikes from guard but Longchambon blocks nicely. Longchambon working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Solis. Solis would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Longchambon avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Longchambon keeping moving, preventing Solis from controlling successfully. Longchambon looking to control.
Longchambon is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Solis is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Longchambon holds on and takes a little breather. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jamarion Solis dominated that round. That's time! Longchambon's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.#R2# Longchambon has his takedown stuffed and Solis counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. #TD# Longchambon shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Solis napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Solis explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Longchambon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Longchambon has his takedown stuffed and Solis counters with a two punch combo. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.#KD2# Solis lands a big head kick that sends Longchambon tumbling to the mat! Solis takes a step backwards and waves Longchambon back to his feet - he wants the finish!#ROC2#Longchambon is rocked! Longchambon throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Solis counter with a right hand. Oh Longchambon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Longchambon misses with a lunging right hand
and Solis counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Longchambon to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Solis!
