#R1# Finley throws a front kick that sends Rango stumbling back into the cage. Rango tries to score a power double leg takedown but Finley sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rango somewhat. Finley tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Rango throws a big counter combination but Finley scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Finley tries to clinch there but Rango circles away.
Rango throws a low kick but Finley moves out of range easily. Finley fails miserably with a takedown attempt.#CL2# Finley gets a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rango is trying to force a seperation but Finley has the dominant position. Rango prevents the takedown attempt.
#TD2# Finley manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Rango working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T1# Rango slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Rango throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.#SU# Rango decides to stand back up. Finley throws a body punch but Rango moves out of range. #CL2# Finley drives through and clinches with Rango against the cage.
Finley drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Rango gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Jack Rango has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kylan Finley. Rango gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Finley.
Finley jumps guard but Rango stands there with Finley around his waist. Finley gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Rango could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Rango is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rango trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Finley keeping moving, preventing Rango from controlling successfully. #ES2# Finley manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Rango tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Finley just stands there and leans against the cage. Rango is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.#T4# Finley misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Kylan Finley dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.#R2# Rango misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Rango tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Finley manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Rango fails with a takedown attempt. Finley misses with a takedown attempt and Rango counters with a one-two to the body. Jack Rango is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Finley changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rango tries to avoid it but Finley manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rango to the ground. Rango escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Rango pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Horrible takedown attempt by Finley or perhaps it was just good defense by Rango, which made it look bad. Rango shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Rango fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Jack Rango is winning the standup battle so far. Rango throws a sloppy head kick and Finley moves out of range easily. Rango avoids the head kick by Finley.

Finley tries to sprawl out of it but Rango keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Finley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Rango throws a head kick but Finley moves out of range.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jack Rango will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! and Finley counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Rango wants to clinch up but Finley keeps it at a distance. Rango will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Rango sets himself, and Finley steps forward looking for the clinch! Rango avoids it this time. Rango tries to score a power double leg takedown but Finley sees that one coming and sprawls well. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.#CL2# Finley takes the fight into the clinch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rango keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Finley's efforts to push away.
And that's the end of the fight! Kylan Finley comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Finley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
