Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Cooke jabbing away but nothing is landing. #R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Mike fails with a takedown attempt. Mike fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Cones feinted with a counter takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mike changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cones tries to avoid it but Mike manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cones to the ground. Cones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Jraig Cones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zsnhs Mike. Mike shoots in and drives through. Cones sprawls well.#T1# Mike shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Cones drops down looking for a counter takedown but Mike sprawls and moves away. Duran makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Cones seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Duran lands a couple of digs.
